Hi there! Thank you for stopping for a visit. I make a variety of embroidered products for you, your family, and your home. Don't see what you want?I am continually adding new items and I would love to make a one of a kind treasure just for you!
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. If you would like to cancel your order you must do so within 4 hours of placing order. All custom orders require full payment up front before ANY work begins.

All items will be shipped via USPS (depends on the size of the order) with insurance. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. Please use this tracking number to ensure your package arrives safely.
If paying by Paypal, I ship to the address you have entered into Paypal. Please make sure your address is correct.
Returns & Exchanges
Due the nature of the items I make, all sales are final. If there is any damage to your package you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit it is your responsibility to contact USPS to file the claim. I will provide any paperwork you need in order to do this, but you are responsible for filing the claim.
We reserve the right to substitute items due to supply constraints, provided that items are the same quality as well as size & color as requested by the buyer. The specific brand of item we embroider designs on may change from time to time. As a small business, this is outside our control and specific brand names cannot be guaranteed.

HANDMADE- All items in my shop are hand made by me . High quality materials are used and careful attention to details is made.
TIME - If you have a deadline that is sooner than my turnaround time, please message me before ordering to make sure I can get it made and to you in time.

Why She's Sew Vain does NOT offer RUSH service or bumping ahead for extra money.....
All of my customers are important to me whether they are ordering one item or 100. Orders are filled in order of payment made. I do not think it is fair to my customers charge anyone extra money to bump their order ahead of others. Everyone is waiting patiently for their order to go out and by bumping someone ahead another customer has to wait longer for their order. I work hard to get everyone's orders out as quickly as possible and keep quality high.
